Smart Limiter

Intelligent temperature limiter. The electronic temperature limiter “Smart Limiter” is used in
potentially explosive areas when using an electrical heat tracing system with DIN rail mounting.
It is characterised by its “smart” switching behaviour, i.e. it only switches off at the set maximum
temperature if an excess temperature is measured and the system’s temperature controller
has not switched off.

Junction Box The junction box ELAK-6-SP is fast and easy to install and maintain thanks to
its conventional design. The design allows for different configurations. The junction box
ELAK-6-SP is suitable for wall mounting but can also be installed on pipes with the aid of
a mounting fixture.

Marshalling Box. The junction box ELAK-Ex-9.02 is fast and easy to install thanks to its conventional
design and offers easy maintenance. The design allows for different configurations as well as operation

ELAK-3-SP

The junction box ELAK-3-SP is fast and easy to install and maintain thanks to its conventional design.
The design allows for different configurations. The junction box ELAK-3-SP is suitable for wall
mounting but can also be installed on pipes with the aid of a mounting fixture.

ELAK-RS

Junction Box. This innovative junction box incl. mounting base was specially designed for pipe mount­ing
and offers many advantages. For example, the cable that is led in only has to be bent slightly thanks to
the shape of the box. This protects the cable against damage.

ELTC-MV2

The temperature controller Moduvise is a multifunctional device with 15 different control functions and
a multi-voltage power supply. It can therefore be used for almost all heat tracing applications and highly
complex process temperature requirements can be realised. The temperature is recorded either via
a Pt100 2- and 3-wire, via thermocouples J and K or via a standard signal.

ELTC-10 compact &
ELTC-M25

Temperature controller for frost protection with a frost protection thermostat The ELTC-10-Compact is
a simple solution for frost protection. It is an economical alternative especially for ELSR systems in
the non-hazardous area. It is easy to install, maintenance-free, durable and has a high switching capacity
(up to 16A) directly. It comes with the ELTC-M25 thermostat, which is encapsulated in an M25x1.5
plastic fitting.

Ex-it/L & Ex-it/S

End of line splice and termination device including mounting post for use with eltherm Self-Regulating
Trace Heaters ELSR-H, -SH, -SHH -LS or -N: Ex-it/L with end-of-line LED indicator light or Ex-it/S
with blind cap instead of LED light. Suitable for installation with separate fixing band (max. width
15 mm / ½“) on pipes with minimum size 19.05 mm (3/4“) and a maximum insulation thickness of
100 mm (3 ⁷/₈“).
